NYS Article 32 Requirements – Review of key areas in the NYS Mold regulations for licensed professionals.
Why Are We So Concerned Concerned About Mold and Other Microbes in the Indoor Environment – A concise review of the health-related risks with exposures.
Respiratory Protection & PPE – Choosing the apropriate respirator and filtration, fit testing, fit checks, and OSHA compliance.
Jobsite Safety – Control of Hazardous Energy Sources on the work site, how to use ladders, scaffolds and manlifts safely, plus, real-world examples of both proper & improper safety practices.
Roundtable Discussion – Group discussion about concerns and real-life experiences pertaining to mold assessments & remediation work.
According to IAQschool.online‘s Founder & Training Director, Bob Krell, “One of the main benefits of taking your NYS-required class online is that you can save time and travel costs. Our unique live distance learning format connects our instructors and students via webcams, so it has the benefits of an actual classroom environment, right from each student’s home or office.”
